Cloud Command service & account text alerts
Cloud Command, owned and operated by Cloudasys, LLC, offers an SMS (text message) program so that customers of our Cloud Infrastructure Services can receive account notifications, customer-care messages, and security alerts — for example, scheduled service maintenance, service outage or degradation and restoration notices, and alerts about their specific infrastructure (such as a virtual machine running low on storage).
Text messaging is off by default. A logged-in customer opts in by going to Settings → Profile, providing a mobile number, and enabling SMS communications, or during sign-up at Step 3, Company Information. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and the alerts you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive text messages from us; you can also disable SMS in Settings → Profile. To resubscribe, reply START or re-enable SMS in your account.
